EMQG Fall Retreat 2021 is over.

Special Health Guidelines During COVID Pandemic

1. Do not attend if not feeling well, if you have been in contact with a CoVID positive person or a person awaiting CoVID testing results. If persons have not been vaccinated, they should discuss that with the others in the group.

2.  All must use hand sanitizer upon entry.

3.   A list of participants must be kept by EMQG for 14 days after the retreat.

4.  Face masks are mandatory.

5. COVID-19 immunization or a negative PCR test from within 48 hours of the event must be shown for entry.

6.  Please do not attend if you have traveled outside of the country 14 days prior to the retreat.

7. Each participant will have a whole table to use. All AHS precautions will be observed at the time of the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

If there is no waiting list, and a person is canceling within the 45 day period before the retreat, they may elect to sell their equivalent spot (single/double room) to someone else and they can be reimbursed directly by their replacement. Please notify the Treasurer if someone else is taking your spot.
